Amazingly, we quickly found our perfect house and Nina contacted all the appropriate parties to make it come together. Nina was the absolute best! I could not imagine a better realtor to work with for buying a home. My wife and I are Rochester natives living in Virginia and trying to move back to Rochester, so we had to do a lot of our house hunting long-distance. Nina was our local eyes and ears and went above and beyond the call by visiting homes and sending us back videos that gave us a much clearer sense of the house "in person" as opposed to online. She stuck with us through changes in our life situation that interrupted our house search at one point and the worked tirelessly to help us get back on track to find an affordable home in the very competitive North Winton Village area. If I could Nina a higher I most definitely would. My family fell on some hard times and I refused to put us back into another renting nightmare so buying was our only option as unprepared as we were. Nina helped us getting the lending we needed after being turned down multiple times and house hunting we went. Time and this market were not on our side but, God and Nina were. 9 months later having been turned down yet again for a house that fit us it came back to us. Nina need gave up hope and put herself out there everytime for. And then stayed at my side while i maneuvered through the bank, lawyers, and Lots of papers right to the end on Signing day which I made her a part of because without her I can't say for sure I'd be sitting on my back deck writing her this Glowing Recommendation she so Justly deserves!!!

If she wasn't able to make a last minute viewing of a house she would send her coworker in her place to make sure we could see a house as soon as possible. Even after closing Nina was there to help us get the sold sign taken down after it was left up for a month from the sellers realtor. Thank you Nina for all your help through this process!

I felt comfortable telling her my needs, wants, and preferences with my home. She listened and didn't judge. We initially scheduled a time to look at some homes, but due to her schedule, Nina asked if I don't mind working with both her and another agent who had more availability. I agreed to this. I ended up getting an accepted offer with the other agent; this agent was patient with me just as Nina was. I'm glad Nina acknowledged the constraints of her schedule, and got me in touch with someone who would make me feel comfortable. I can't tell you how many times I've scheduled appointments with agents (in other professions) that would know their schedule is tight and instead of getting me someone else who could see me, they'd would neglect and ghost me.
